All orders till value of Rs.4000 will now be charged Rs.200 against delivery charges w.e.f 04th November 2023. Orders above this value will be charged on the basis of weight and amount but not more than Rs.500. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your shipment once all the ordered items are arranged. So if there is any difference in the shipping charges paid while placing of order and the final charges that the courier is charging us then our customer service team will be coordinating for the payment of the differential amount, until then the package will remain on hold. Be noted, that we dont hold any margins in the international shipping charges. International shipments are subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
International shipping usually arrives within 10 - 20 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays. Delivery time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, customs delays and the transit time from DHL or Skynet. Note: Do not accept any package if the flyer is torn from any side or the seal of the flyer is tampered with. Refuse that parcel and report this to our customer service department to resolve this and to arrange delivery at the earliest.
