We offer FREE delivery within Pakistan on orders above PKR 2000/-. On orders below this amount, you will be asked to pay a cash handling/delivery free of PKR 300/-. For all international orders we charge USD 25 on the first product and then USD 5 on each additional product.
All Orders will be delivered using the service as detailed at time of ordering. Saya.pk has the right to fluctuate any prices in proportion with its costs for shipping but the cost of delivery will always be notified to you prior to completion of your order.
Please be reminded that deliveries are 3-5 working days after dispatch and not from the time of order. Shipping confirmation emails are sent 24 hours before dispatch. We take no responsibility if there are any additional charges in terms of custom or duties charged by local authorities / Governments (Out of Pakistan). Saya's one week Returns Policy. Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price.
We mean what we say! All you need to do is get in touch with the customer service representative @ 0321 8680292 within a period of one week, from the date of order. However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. C’mon that’s just fair!
Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.
If you wish to cancel your order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same.
