Same day delivery is only available for Karachi at the moment.

1. How do I get same day delivery?

Shop online for the item(s) you’d like to purchase.
Add the item(s) to your cart.
Review your order and tap/click Checkout.
After you’ve placed the order, you’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS. We'll send a final shipping confirmation email/SMS when your order has been processed and is ready for shipping.

2. When can I get my order?

It depends on when you placed the order online. For your convenience, please see the time brackets below for a smooth same day delivery process:

Orders placed before 9 AM will be delivered on the same day.
Orders placed after 9 AM will be delivered within the next 24 hours.

3. Can I change my delivery address after submitting my order?

Due to the expedited nature of Same Day Delivery, you can't change the delivery address once the order has been submitted.

4. Can I change or add to my order after it has been submitted online?

No. Due to expedited nature of Same Day Delivery, you can't change your order after submitting it online.

5. What if I miss my delivery?

If there's no one at the delivery address given by you, an attempt will be made to contact you at the phone number entered when you placed your order. If no one is available to accept delivery after calling you, we'll attempt to deliver your order the following day to the same address, during the originally scheduled delivery time.
