Returns– Saya

Update: During the current crisis of Covid-19, all requests for exchanges/damages would be entertained after the lockdown. Your cooperation in this regard is highly appreciated.

SAYA strictly follows ‘NO refund’ policy. The option of cashback is not available. The Exchange Policy will be applicable once the customer has placed the order and has received the parcel or payment has been processed.

The Exchange Process:

The complaint has to be raised within 3 business days (via call, whatsapp or email) after receiving of parcel by the customer.

The customer will have to return the parcel FIRST to our Online Store to be able to use this credit against another purchase.

The customer service team after reviewing the request will issue a coupon of same value valid for online store ONLY, which can be used to buy item(s) in future.

SAYA reserves the right to refuse any exchanges in case of any of the following circumstances:

  • Product tampered by customer
  • Product damaged due to use by customer
  • Any price tags, labels, original packing or accessories damaged/removed from the product

Damages: The exchange of damaged item(s) will be allowed if the item(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect, shipment of wrong size or wrong item.

Exchanges: For all exchanges other than the above reasons, one-side courier charges have to be borne by the customer.

Processing Time: Please allow one week (7 days) for the processing of damage and claims. During sale periods, all such claims would be entertained after the sale ends. This is applicable to nationwide shipments. For all international parcel exchanges are not possible at the moment. We aim to close all queries within 2 weeks of the request.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Please note, the items purchased from our retail outlet cannot be sent to the Online Store for exchange through courier. The items can ONLY be exchanged at our retail outlets.
  • SAYA reserves the right to refuse any exchanges if the return process is not followed by the customer.
