Order Placement online consists of 5 simple steps as defined below:
- Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing through our store. Once you have decided to place the order, proceed by clicking "checkout" from your cart.
- Follow the instructions on screen by providing us with the contact information (email or mobile number)* and fill out the complete postal address** where you would like to have the delivery.
- Select the shipping method on the next screen and see the shipping charge (if any). For all orders below a certain amount, there will be a shipping fee.**
- On the final screen, select one of the payment method (e.g. COD or Credit Cards) and click "Complete Order"
- Take a screenshot or save the "Order Number" listed on top of the screen for future reference. ****
*As a primary contact information only ONE item (phone or email) will be used as an input. If email address is provided, then correspondences e.g. order confirmations emails, order fulfilment updates, tracking details as well as any cancellation requests will be notified on email ONLY. If, however, a phone number is provided, the customer will receive sms text message. Sometimes text messages might be delayed due to network issues which are beyond our control. If you have any PTA blocks already requested against your number then it may be that you may not even get any order confirmation sms at all.
In order to ensure that all orders are confirmed and placed properly, you should receive a order confirmation number. Please save this number as it will be the primary information we will require to update you regarding your orders.
**Any mistakes in postal address, will result in delayed shipments. Therefore it is requested that the user inputs the exact house no, building no, street name, area, famous location nearby, post code and city name properly.
***We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days (Nationwide) and 2-3 business days (Internationally). Couriers take approx 2-3 days for Nationwide and 3-5 days for International shipments.
